User Responsibilities

Financial Terms

Payments

All fees are due as specified at the time of purchase. Missed or late payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to our Services. For users on a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed to continue access features. Your are given a 3 day grace period to complete all payments, or your account will be terminated.

You are only given access to the features offered in funnel mods as long as you have your subscription running, once your subscription is cancelled you wont be able to access the account anymore and will be asked to create a new account if looking to rejoin in the future. You are still responsible for all activities coming from this account even after your subscription ends. It is your responsibility to end all ongoing activities/ subscriptions inside the account before deactivating your subscription. Please speak to our experts if you need any assistance.

You are required to add your billing information into funnel mods. Your billing information will be used to make charges for any pay as you go features. You give us full authorization to charge your card for such usage.

You are responsible for all activities that take place within your sub account. Any charges acquired as a result of the activities within your account whether directly or indirectly will be charged to your card on file.

You are responsible for following all legal restrictions, guidelines, FTC guidelines, and consumer protection laws when using our software. Any fines imposed will be charged to your card on file.

Pricing

Pricing for Funnel Mods AI Services includes:

Additional charges may apply based on your usage of these features. We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time, with prior notice given to active subscribers.

Periodic maintenance, technical upgrades, or unforeseen issues may result in temporary service interruptions. We are not liable for any loss of opportunity or revenue due to service downtime.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, you agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be submitted to binding arbitration, in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, with jurisdiction in the primary business state of Web Prodigies LLC. This agreement to arbitration waives any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms or at our discretion. Termination does not entitle the user to any form of compensation or reimbursement.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Web Prodigies LLC is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
