Financial Terms

Payments

For users on a payment plan, all scheduled payments must be completed to continue access to premium features. Your are given a 3 day grace period to complete all payments, or your account will be terminated.

You are required to add your billing information into funnel mods. Your billing information will be used to make charges for any pay as you go features. You give us full authorization to charge your card for such usage.

You are responsible for all activities that take place within your sub account. Any charges acquired as a result of the activities within your account whether directly or indirectly will be charged to your card on file.

You are responsible for following all legal restrictions, guidelines, FTC guidelines, and consumer protection laws when using our software. Any fines imposed will be charged to your card on file.

Pricing

Pricing for Funnel Mods AI Services includes:

• A base subscription fee.

• Charges for premium features on a per-use basis, such as advanced AI workflows, content generation, SMS notifications, and email communications.

• Email: $.0016 per email (example: 10,000 emails = $16)

  SMS/Text: $.011 per segment (160 character SMS = 1 segment) (example: 500 SMS = $5.50)

  Phone: Outbound -> $.0196 | Inbound -> $.0119 (example: 1,000 minutes = $19.60)

  Premium Action Triggers: $.017 per premium action trigger

  Content A.I. - $.15/1000 words

  Workflow A.I. - $.051 per workflow A.I.

  Conversation A.I. - $.05 per conversation A.I.
  Pricing for phone number depends on the country in which it is purchased.

IF YOU ARE A LIFETIME MEMBER OF PRODIGIES UNIVERSITY, LEAVING PRODIGIES UNIVERSITY RESULTS IN THE SAME OUTCOME AS STATED ABOVE.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Web Prodigies LLC is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
